A confirmation email will be sent after purchase from our design team. Our design team will then send instructions for sending us your photo and will confirm wedding details!
Each print is hand-checked for quality and precision. Clients will also be sent a digital sample of their announcement for final approval, before the printing process begins. As such, returns and refunds are not accepted. If an item is damaged due to printing error that is not related to the approved design/layout, then the individual item(s) will be replaced at no cost to the client. In this case, the client must send in a request for a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
